Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:

2. Team Coordination:
* Lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers,
contractors, and
other professionals.
* Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand
project goals and
deadlines.
* Facilitate regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any
issues.
3. Budget and Cost Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within
financial
constraints.
• Track and report on project expenses, identifying cost-saving
opportunities.
• Approve invoices and manage payments to vendors and contractors.
4. Schedule Management:
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all
phases.
• Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and implementing
corrective
actions.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.
The Lead Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. This role involves leading a team of architects and designers, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. The Lead Architect must possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
Oversee the development of design concepts, project proposals, and detailed
architectural
plans.
Ensure projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
2. Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a team of architects, designers, and other staff.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and support as
needed.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
3. Design and Planning:
Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet project
requirements and comply
with regulations.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design
decisions.
Utilize architectural software and tools to create detailed drawings and
models.
4. Technical Expertise:
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other
regulations.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
5. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to design intent and
quality
standards.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the design and
construction phases.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related
field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architecture, with at least
2-3 years in a
leadership role.
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent) required.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit,
SketchUp).
4. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction
processes.
5. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
